This includes representatives from Comprehensive Cancer Centres (CCCs) and healthcare institutions, national authorities, EU institutions, patient organisations, academic and research institutions, and representatives of related European initiatives.
Yes, registration for the EUnetCCC Annual Meeting is free of charge. However, due to limited capacity, all participants are required to register through the official registration platform. Registration will take place in two steps: once you complete the form, your request will be reviewed, and only selected participants will receive a final confirmation of participation. Please wait for this confirmation before making any travel or accommodation arrangements.
No, the event will take place exclusively in person and will not be live-streamed. However, recordings of selected sessions will be made available online after the event for those unable to attend in person.
Exhibition opportunities are intended exclusively for partners of the Joint Action (JA), in line with the collaborative nature and objectives of the initiative. Only JA partners will be considered for exhibition space during the event.

The EUnetCCC Annual Meeting will be held entirely in English. All sessions, presentations, and materials will be delivered or made available in English. Please note that no interpretation services will be provided.
Yes. Participants who attend the event in person will receive a certificate of attendance by email following the event.
Registration is a two-step process. First, you must complete the registration form available on this website. Please note that submitting the form does not guarantee a confirmed place at the event. All submissions will be reviewed, and a confirmation email will be sent to selected participants once their registration has been approved.

Yes. A catered lunch will be provided on both days of the event, as well as coffee breaks and a networking cocktail on the first day only. Please indicate any dietary restrictions during registration.
No. All attendees must be registered individually. Due to venue capacity and security reasons, unregistered guests will not be granted access to the event.
The recommended dress code is business casual.

Yes. While participants are encouraged to attend both days to gain the full benefit of the meeting, attendance on a single day is possible. Please indicate your availability clearly during registration.

Yes. Most sessions will include dedicated Q&A segments, allowing participants to engage directly with speakers and panelists.
The main programme is coordinated by the organising committee. However, suggestions can be submitted via email to eunetccc@institutcancer.fr for future editions or satellite sessions.
Beyond the networking cocktails at the end of each day, no formal social programme is planned. However, networking opportunities will be encouraged throughout the event.
The event will follow local public health guidelines in force at the time. Any specific requirements (e.g., mask use, proof of vaccination) will be communicated to registered participants in advance, if applicable.
Yes. A list of partner hotels and accommodation options near the CNIT Forest will be shared with participants upon registration.
The CNIT Forest is centrally located in Paris and is easily accessible by metro, train, and taxi. A detailed access guide will be provided closer to the event date.
